Job summary

RapidRatings is a financial technology company seeking a deeply technical Senior Platform & Cloud Engineering leader to own the cloud platform, resilience, security posture, and AI infrastructure powering rapid product development.

You will lead the SRE function, build paved-road infrastructure for AI systems, and raise the bar for operational excellence across a multi-region AWS environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on production Kubernetes (EKS) at scale.
Deep AWS stack experience and IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu).
Strong foundation in Linux networking and distributed systems.
Experience leading distributed SRE/infrastructure teams, including international squads.

Responsibilities

Own AWS architecture and multi-region, high-availability infra.
Lead SRE to implement telemetry, SLOs, and blameless post-incident reviews.
Build and operate AI model-serving and governance infra for AI agents.
Embed SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 controls into infrastructure code.
Design self-service patterns to accelerate secure engineering and cost optimization.
