Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer located in Sunnyvale, CA, with responsibility for helping customers understand and implement Google Cloud solutions. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate customer needs into practical cloud architectures and demonstrate value through technical guidance and demonstrations.

You will present to executives, lead proofs of concept, and coordinate with product management to prioritize deployments across infrastructure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with cloud engineering, on-premise engineering, virtualization, or containerization platforms.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with technical sales to differentiate Google Cloud for customers and partners.
Help customers and partners understand Google Cloud capabilities and develop practical cloud solutions.
Engage in proofs of concepts and troubleshoot technical questions and roadblocks.
Collaborate with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud.
