Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Customer Outcomes Platform Architect to guide customers in establishing a strong technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform. This advisory role focuses on governance, data, integrations, and platform health, without performing platform configuration.

The role interfaces with executive sponsors, enterprise architects, and development teams during selling, structuring, and implementation, driving outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

Experience in management consulting leadership roles in technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software).
Ability to translate business objectives into architectural outcomes for complex programs.
Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with C-suite and business leaders to translate vision into outcomes.
Analyze requirements and translate them into an architectural blueprint for solutions.
Position ServiceNow as the system of action within the digital transformation roadmap.
Guide governance and processes for technical domains and platform health.
Advise on advisory and co-delivery practices to optimize customer outcomes.
