Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Outcomes Platform Architect to help customers establish a strong technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that drive business outcomes. This role does not perform platform configuration but guides partner and customer resources to achieve goals through leading practices.

Qualifications

AI integrations experience in enterprise environments.
Federal experience required for the role.
CTA/CMA certifications preferred.
Consulting leadership in top-tier firms or OEM/cloud companies.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with C-suite and business leaders to translate objectives into outcomes.
Interface with enterprise architects and solution teams to design architectural blueprints.
Guide governance and health of ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations.
Advocate ServiceNow advisory practices and industry use cases for clients.
Contribute methodology and white papers to optimize customer outcomes.
Lead prescriptive solution design and manage implementation decision points.
Define platform solutions aligned to delivered capabilities.
