Job summary

Ascendcohealth is seeking a Platform Specialist to work closely with The Ohio State University. In this position, you will lead the implementation of the Ascendco platform ensuring successful adoption and proficiency among surgical teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Sterile Processing or similar, with strong project management skills. The role offers a combination of onsite and remote work, paid time off, and compliance with all workforce policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sterile Processing or Surgical Services.
• Proven experience in project management, implementation, or technical support within surgical services.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and sustainment of the Ascendco platform.
• Coordinate and manage project plans, including milestones and performance reporting.
• Support data integrity through cleansing, validation, and monitoring.
• Analyze usage trends to drive improvements with stakeholders.
• Deliver user training and support frontline adoption.
