Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Office Services Senior Coordinator at University Hospital in Columbus, OH. This full-time, on-site role supports the Perioperative Department with vendor and visitor access, safety protocol compliance, and tissue/implant documentation.

You will work with Periop staff, surgeons, Revenue Management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of relevant experience;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; vocational training may be preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required; operating room or perioperative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all vendor and visitor access to the Perioperative Department.
• Ensure compliance with perioperative safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Manage Vendormate access and visitor badge issuance.
• Support tissue/implant documentation and patient communication.
• Monitor supply use in real time and collaborate with Value Analysis.
• Oversee environmental monitoring and gas tank inventory.
