Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.

• Three months’ experience in a medical environment.
• Completed training documented prior to independent work.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures ensuring donor safety and product quality.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate identity verification.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and events.
• Document machine logs and safety checks diligently.
• Provide excellent donor service and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment and manage waste per safety protocols.
• Support training initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.
