Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to freezer to ensure product quality.
• Store plasma units according to SOPs and manage unsuitable plasma.
• Verify labels against dynamic data to ensure accuracy.
• Use sterile techniques and heat sealers to maintain sterility and quality of samples.
• Prepare shipping and disposal documentation for plasma units as needed.
• Monitor freezer/refrigerator temperatures and report variances promptly.
• Calibrate equipment daily as per SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
