Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Collect plasma samples and move plasma units to the freezer to ensure product quality.
• Ensure units are stored according to SOPs and handle unsuitable units as needed.
• Verify that pre-printed labels match the dynamic label to ensure accurate unit labeling.
• Prepare shipping and unit disposal documentation.
• Monitor freezer and refrigerator temperatures and report if equipment is not functioning properly.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in SOPs.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and promote safety in all actions.
