Job summary

The role requires licensure and previous healthcare experience, with preference for plasma center exposure. You will maintain donor information securely and support safety procedures in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required to practice medicine or healthcare.
• Minimum 1 year in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in plasma or blood collection environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Administer approved immunizations and provide basic emergency care.
• Conduct donor interviews to assess suitability for donation.
• Address medically related questions with staff and the Center Physician.
• Review donor health data and determine continued suitability.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate donor records in the system.
