Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a healthcare professional to evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures, administer immunizations, and provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff. You will conduct confidential donor interviews, respond to medically related questions, and ensure donor safety and consent processes are followed.

The role requires licensure in a health profession, healthcare experience, and familiarity with plasma donation operations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in paramedic, nursing, PA, chiropractic, naturopathic, or medical school.
• Foreign medical degree accepted if licensed as physician or certified as EMT in state.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience or 1 year clinical experience from vocational/nursing program.
• Experience in plasma/whole blood center or regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to perform physical assessments of heart, lungs and other signs.
• Ability to instruct donors, staff and community about plasma donation benefits.
