CSL Plasma Center in Las Vegas is seeking a donor center staffer to perform venipuncture, monitor the pheresis process, and ensure efficient and safe plasma collection. You will set up donor equipment, record data, and address any donor questions while maintaining adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 12 months in a medical setting. California-specific credentials may apply where required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a medical/healthcare environment preferred or equivalent.
• CA-specific: Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or RN license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture to begin pheresis process and monitor donors during collection.
• Set up donor equipment and monitor donor during pheresis to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate donor data and documentation in the electronic system.
• Educate donors on process, health screening, and center policies as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and respond to alarms or donor issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with SOPs, HSE and OSHA policies.
• Cross-train as needed to support center operations.
