Job summary

You will participate in recruitment, training, and discipline, ensure donor safety and product quality, and collaborate with management to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is desired.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry.
• Ability to work weekends, extended work periods and occasional travel.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Mobility for an entire work shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general management of employees in production areas.
• Participate in selecting and training new team members.
• Provide feedback and initiate disciplinary action when needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Prepare routine reports for management.
• Work on the donor floor in different production roles and assist customers.
