Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Center Operations role in Medford, MA, to oversee production staff and support the Center Manager in achieving production and cost goals while maintaining regulatory and quality compliance. You will participate in hiring, train staff, and ensure safety and quality standards across all donor floor activities.

Responsibilities include performance feedback, disciplinary actions when needed, audit remediation, and cross-training in multiple production roles with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and extended shifts and occasional travel.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Mobility for the entire shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and depth perception; monitor equipment from a distance.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the selection and training of new team members and management within the center.
• Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback including initiating disciplinary action.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and quality requirements for donors, products and employees.
• Assist in the correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine management reports.
• Work in various production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
