Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis equipment, documenting procedures, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a positive donor experience and facility compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) to maintain production standards.
• Deliver high-quality donor service and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Review donor ID, monitor conditions, and ensure donor comfort and product quality.
• Prepare equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis; perform procedures and label units.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines, troubleshoot alarms, manage adverse donor events, perform quality checks, and document exceptions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organize work areas, stock supplies, and manage inventory.
• Mentor and train team members, support QA/backups as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on donor floor performance and continuous improvement.
