Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year work experience preferred.
• Actively licensed or certified in the state where performing duties: EMT/Paramedic/LPN/LVN/RN/NP/PA.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register plasma donors into the donor management system.
• Conduct screening procedures (BP, pulse, temperature, weight, arm checks).
• Perform finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein testing.
• Determine donor eligibility through medical history interview, physical exam, and donor testing education.
• Provide counselling on unacceptable test results.
• Initiate and assist in donor investigations and post-donation information.
