• Conduct screening: blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and arm checks.
• Perform finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein testing; monitor electronic donor questionnaire system.
• Assess donor eligibility: medical history, physical exam, donor education, informed consent, and safety reviews.
