The role requires CPR certification and active licensure (EMT/LPN/RN/NP/PA) with at least 1 year of related experience, plus solid communication and computer skills to adhere to SOPs, CLIA, and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one (1) year work experience preferred.
• Actively licensed or certified as EMT/LPN/RN/NP/PA in the state where duties performed.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register new plasma donors into the donor management system.
• Conduct donor screening: blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and arm checks.
• Perform finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein testing; monitor electronic questionnaire system.
• Assess donor eligibility via medical history interview, physical exam, informed consent, and relevant tests.
• Provide counseling on test results and donor eligibility; initiate donor investigations as needed.
