Lfb USA is seeking an enthusiastic team member to support the plasma donation process. You will greet donors, oversee initial registration, and perform essential screening procedures to ensure donor safety and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include administering finger-stick tests, guiding donors through eligibility assessments, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards throughout the donation process. Strong communication and professionalism are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor screening procedures and measurements.
• Knowledge of donor eligibility assessments and confidentiality requirements.
• Familiarity with OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and related safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register new plasma donors into the donor management system.
• Conduct screening procedures including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, and arm checks.
• Perform finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein testing; monitor the electronic donor questionnaire system.
• Determine donor eligibility via medical history interview, physical exam, and donor testing education.
