Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in medical settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening procedures and health history questions.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors about the donation process and center policies.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Handle donor inquiries and coordinate with staff as needed.
