Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an on-site Donor Center Screener in Newark, DE, to greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis. You will assist with screening, health history assessments, and basic measurements such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.

After training, you may educate donors on the screening process, appointment system, and center policies while ensuring accurate data entry and confidentiality. A strong customer service background is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months' experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis per SOPs.
• Assist donors with screening, health history, and basic health checks.
• Explain procedures and appointment system to new donors as trained.
• Document donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow HSE/OSHA policies and procedure.
• Answer calls or route to staff as needed.
• Cross-train in other center areas as needed.
• Maintain donor confidentiality.
