Job summary

CSL Plasma in Port Saint Lucie is seeking an entry-level donor center assistant to greet donors, verify eligibility, and support the screening process. You will assist with health history checks, basic questions, and accurate data recording as part of the pheresis workflow.

Training will cover donor education on products, center policies, safety procedures, and assistance with appointment scheduling. A team-focused role with strong customer service expectations awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with screening procedures including health history and basic medical questions.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies after training.
• Register donors and transfer records as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety policies.
