Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Harker Heights, Texas is seeking a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support our plasma center operations. You will be responsible for donor screening, phlebotomy, and ensuring the safety and quality of plasma collection while reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift.
• Experience of at least 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors, record donor vital signs.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Initiate changes to center processes for continuous improvement.
