Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Houston is seeking a part-time Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will work 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, and handle donor intake, phlebotomy, and data entry while maintaining high standards of safety and care.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and support donor screening, vital signs, and administrative tasks, with shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement changes.
• Be available for donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
