Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Dallas, TX seeks a part-time plasma donor screener to support center operations. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will answer phones, greet donors, and work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and ability to stand for long periods are required; training will cover Donor Information System usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate donor charts/records.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes using approved procedures.
