Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Walk/stand for full shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove wear.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and compensation records.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
