Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Saint Ann, MO, is seeking a Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomy support specialist. You will greet donors, perform vitals, screen donors, and maintain donor charts while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for long shifts.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens with glove use.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System to maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist in center processes.
• Support center operations and participate in shift coverage including weekends and holidays.
