Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Springfield, MO is seeking a part-time donor screener/phlebotomy support. Shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays. Training begins, with ongoing communication about schedule changes.

You will welcome donors, screen and record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and prepare donor charts to support plasma center operations. This role offers flexibility, a starting wage of $16/hour, and a comprehensive benefits program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center operations.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
