Job summary

BioLife Plasma in Saint Peters, MO is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener who will perform phlebotomy and support center operations. Shifts typically run 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will greet donors, screen and record vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and help ensure safety and smooth center processes. This role includes paid training and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; up to 32 lbs regularly.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment from a distance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens; glove use expected on many tasks.
• 1+ years customer/patient facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on safety and donor experience.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate process improvements per approved procedures.
• Support donors across varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
