Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Independence, MO is hiring for an Entry Level Phlebotomist/Medical Screener. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and support center operations while maintaining donor safety and accurate records.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to stand, lift up to 32 lbs, and work evenings/weekends/holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful and daily pay is highlighted in the compensation details.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
