Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Saint Ann, MO is seeking a plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support center operations. You will interact with donors, screen encounters, take vital signs, and document donor information in our information system.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, as you contribute to safety and donor care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and initiate changes to center procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
