BioLife Plasma Services in Joplin, MO seeks a Plasma Donor Screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support center operations. You will interact with donors, screen, take vital signs, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive starting wage and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift and lift light loads as required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and greet donors while maintaining safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and follow procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
