Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener to support center operations in Springfield, MO. You will perform phlebotomy and donor screening while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling donor charts, vital signs, and donor compensation records. Expect flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with thorough paid training and opportunities for growth within the center network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Able to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with bloodborne pathogen exposure and glove use.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and maintain donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Identify center-process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
