Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener with phlebotomy responsibilities in Springfield, MO. You will support plasma center operations, screen donors, take vital signs, and maintain accurate donor records while delivering excellent customer service.

Shifts are evenings, weekends, and holidays; you will be trained through a paid program and play a key role in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment. Minimum 1 year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 32 lbs (occasional 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and staff safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and maintain donor charts.
• Coordinate donor compensation and records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support center operations.
