Job summary

CSL Plasma, a leading plasma donation network, is seeking staff at our Weslaco center to greet donors, guide them through registration and screening, and answer questions about processes and policies. You will ensure accurate data entry and maintain donor confidentiality while following HSE and OSHA guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, basic medical screening, and cooperative teamwork in a fast-paced center environment, with emphasis on safety and donor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Explain screening process, health tests, appointment system, donation fees, center policies, nutrition to donors.
