Job summary

CSL in Wisconsin is seeking a healthcare professional to evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures and provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff under general supervision.

You will interview donors, review medical histories, and collaborate with the Center Medical Director to address donor questions, review test results, and advise on next steps. This role supports donor safety and procedural effectiveness in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have relevant health-care training and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in donor screening orpheresis settings is preferred.
• Licensure or certification requirements apply per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis procedures.
• Provide limited emergency medical care to donors and staff within licensure.
• Interview donors and perform medical history reviews to determine donation suitability.
• Coordinate with Center Medical Director on donor suitability questions.
• Review test results to determine continued donor suitability.
• Notify and counsel donors regarding reactive test results; refer as needed.
• Follow SOPs and escalate critical medical situations to physicians as required.
