Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a team member to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products while upholding strict SOPs and regulations. The role emphasizes donor safety, accuracy, and excellent service in a fast-paced center environment.

You will set up plasmapheresis equipment, monitor donor well-being, handle records, and collaborate with QA on corrective actions and continuous improvement. Physical duties and shift flexibility apply.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 3 months’ clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, follow SOPs and instructions.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and perform vitals and basic tests per SOPs.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms or adverse events.
• Ensure donor safety, comfort, and privacy during donation.
• Collect, process, and store plasma products in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records and support quality assurance on the floor.
• Mentor staff as a designated trainer and support CAPA activities.
• Perform inventory tasks and ensure proper supply handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe biohazard disposal.
