Lfb USA is hiring for a plasma donor center role in North Carolina. You will greet and register donors, perform initial screenings, and ensure donor safety throughout the process. The position requires CPR certification and active licensure/certification as an EMT, LPN, RN, NP, or PA where applicable.

You will handle donor questionnaires, conduct tests, counsel on results, and ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and internal procedures. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills to operate donor management systems.
• Reasoning ability to identify, interpret and apply information.

Aufgaben

• Greet and register plasma donors in the donor management system.
• Conduct screening: blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, arm checks.
• Perform finger sticks for hematocrit and total protein testing; monitor electronic questionnaire system.
• Assess donor eligibility via medical history interview, physical exam, informed consent and related testing as needed.
• Provide counseling on test results and donor information.
• Assist in donor investigations and post-donation information.
• Manage donor adverse events and coordinate with medical staff.
• Adhere to SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and internal procedures.
