Job summary

CSL Plasma in Memphis is seeking a donor center phlebotomist to perform venipuncture and manage the pheresis process following standard operating procedures.

You will monitor donor well-being, document procedures, and ensure donor safety and a positive experience while maintaining clean work areas and strict health and safety standards.

CSL DST training is available for internal applicants; external candidates should have 6 months phlebotomy experience and 12 months healthcare exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CSL Plasma DST training required for internal applicants.
• External candidates must have a minimum 6 months experience as a phlebotomist; one year preferred.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a medical/healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and pheresis procedures per SOPs.
• Set up and monitor donors throughout the pheresis process.
• Monitor donor vein performance and expedite donation times as needed.
• Educate donors about the donation process and center policies.
• Maintain donor safety and manage donor data in the information system.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and proper use of PPE.
