Job summary

CSL is seeking a Plasma Donation Technician to perform venipuncture and oversee pheresis procedures, ensuring donor safety and product quality. The role includes donor setup, monitoring, and accurate data recording in the donor information system, with attention to SOPs and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in medical/health care environment preferred (12 months).
• Familiarity with pheresis and donor screening processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture to begin pheresis and monitor the process.
• Set up donor, monitor during procedure, and disconnect after donation.
• Adhere to SOPs and FDA guidelines for donor safety and product quality.
• Record incidents and donor data in the management system.
• Assist with donor education, screens, appointments, and policies as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
