Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect plasma via pheresis, ensuring donor safety and process efficiency. You will set up donors, monitor during the procedure, and manage data entry in the donor information system.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 12 months of healthcare experience; CSL internal DST training is preferred for internal applicants, with strong adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomist experience; CSL DST training for internal applicants preferred.
• Minimum 12 months of experience in a medical/health care environment preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedures including donor setup, monitoring and disconnect.
• Venipuncture to initiate pheresis in compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines.
• Monitor donor flow and address donor reactions promptly and professionally.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system as SOPs specify.
