Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking staff to support plasma center operations, including donor screening and phlebotomy. You will interact with donors, record vital signs, and ensure safety and accuracy of donor records in a dynamic environment.

Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and adherence to procedures, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced plasma center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
