Job summary

Grifols, S.A. in Corpus Christi, TX, is seeking an experienced Plasma Donation Center Operations Manager to lead day-to-day donor center operations, ensuring donor safety and regulatory compliance while achieving production goals.

You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate training, and collaborate with the Center Manager to optimize efficiency, manage budgets, and maintain equipment and records in accordance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment; plasma or whole blood experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations in absence of Center Manager.
• Ensure donor safety, regulatory compliance, and production goals.
• Lead and develop staff, manage training and performance.
• Monitor budget and production targets; manage donor recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and records per FDA, CLIA, OSHA, and cGMP.
