Job summary

CSL Plasma in Tennessee seeks a qualified medical professional to assess donor suitability for automated pheresis, administer approved immunizations, and provide essential emergency care to donors and staff.

You will conduct confidential donor interviews, review health data, respond to medically related questions with the Center Physician, and maintain accurate electronic records while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must hold active licensure in a clinical field (paramedic/nurse/PA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year health-care experience; plasma center exposure preferred.
• Ability to educate donors and instruct staff on procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor suitability for automated pheresis and administer immunizations as allowed by licensure.
• Conduct confidential donor interviews and health assessments; review test results to determine continued suitability.
• Provide limited emergency medical care and refer donors for follow-up as needed; document immunizations and donor data.
• Explain informed consent and ensure donor understanding; maintain accurate electronic records; uphold confidentiality.
