CSL Plasma Center in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dedicated phlebotomist to collect plasma from donors in a fast-paced environment. You will perform pheresis procedures, venipuncture, donor monitoring and maintain precise donor records in our electronic system.

Responsibilities include adhering to SOPs and FDA guidelines, educating donors about the process, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work overtime when needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months minimum experience as a phlebotomist; one year preferred.
• Minimum twelve (12) months of experience in a medical or health care environment preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mansioni

• Perform pheresis procedure and plasma collection per SOPs.
• Conduct venipuncture to begin the pheresis process.
• Monitor donor vein performance and adjust as needed.
• Educate donors on donation products, screening and policies.
• Record donor data and incidents in the electronic system.
• Maintain clean work environment and adhere to safety policies.
