Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Manager in Henderson, NV. You will oversee production staff, ensure cross-training and recertification, review Quality Control Records, and coordinate new employee orientation.

The role involves staff motivation to meet performance goals while upholding quality standards and safety protocols. You'll work closely with the management team, address donor and employee concerns, and pursue continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor center training needs for cross-training and recertification.
• Review Quality Control Records.
• Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in hiring.
• Manage the production area and motivate staff to meet performance goals while complying with quality standards.
• Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns; identify improvement opportunities.
