Job summary

CSL Plasma in Henderson, NV seeks a Center Operations Leader to oversee daily center production goals, donor flow, and compliance in the absence of the center manager. You will manage staff, budgets, and inventories to optimize efficiency and profitability.

The role requires supervisory experience, a relevant degree, and participation in CSL Plasma Leadership Development. Travel and extended hours may be required to support center performance and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience is required.
• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Completion of CSL Plasma Leadership Development program is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the center manager, oversee center operations production goals and deadlines.
• Independently determine center labor usage to meet business needs.
• Manage inventories to optimum levels to maximize efficiencies and service levels.
• Ensure efficient donor flow and identify corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations and train employees accordingly.
• Maintain financial oversight and ensure center meets financial targets and reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making for quality and profitability.
• Assist with audits and QA in collaboration with quality management.
• Maintain safe, clean operations and adequate supplies; coordinate with HR for staffing needs.
• Represent CSL in the community and with vendors; protect confidentiality of information.
