Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is hiring a Donor Center Technician to determine donor eligibility, perform plasma collection, and process products while maintaining compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards.

This role emphasizes donor safety, accurate recordkeeping, quality control, and timely preparation of shipments, with opportunities for formal training and comprehensive benefits. Ability to work day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 3 months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Ability to read and understand regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor confidentiality.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms.
• Handle plasma collection and processing and prepare shipments.
• Monitor temperatures and document variances.
• Keep donor center clean and safely dispose of biohazard waste.
• Perform quality control on equipment and keep records.
• Provide oversight of product safety and donor safety.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine QC.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
