Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a donor center professional to determine donor eligibility, collect plasma, and process products in a compliant center. You will support donor safety and confidentiality while following all SOPs and regulations.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to work day/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided, and a team‑oriented environment supports growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three (3) months’ experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP) and maintain production standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, donor confidentiality, and positive donor experience.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments, including vitals and basic tests, to ensure safety and product quality.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms and disconnect donors after procedure completion.
• Perform plasma collection and processing, including sample handling and shipments in line with SOPs.
