Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions to ensure safety and product quality.
• Set up, prepare, and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment; respond to alarms and troubleshoot.
• Perform plasma collection and processing with proper sample handling and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain complete and accurate records and ensure donor center cleanliness and safety.
